Who is Tripy SA?

... first and foremost a team of enthusiasts!

We are a team of electronics engineers working since 1990 on designing solutions based on microprocessor circuits to meet our customers' needs.

The idea of creating a digital road book formed in the mind of Jean-Christophe Sprimont, an out-and-out biker, sometime in 2002. Together with Jean-Christophe, the boss of our SME Twin Development, we had all the know-how required to realise his dream. So, while continuing to work on a whole range of major industrial projects, for Microsoft Corporation among others, we also each made a contribution at our own level to the creation of the Tripy concept. It took some 4 years and a great deal of hard work.

Particular attention was paid to quality and the validation process, another reason for the long development time.

On 1 May 2005, a new legal entity called Tripy SA was formed to sell and market Tripy products. Twin Development still works on the R&D and the technical monitoring side of the product. The entire team and external partners actively involved in the product's inception are all very proud of the end result which is truly innovative, both in terms of its concept and the cutting-edge technology employed.
